The Snug

As its name suggests, The Snug is our most intimate meeting room, accommodating 8 people on the mezzanine. With its convenient direct access from the ground floor entrance and choice of either privacy curtains or view of the bustling lobby, The Snug is a relaxed and convenient choice for team meetings.

Korimako (Bellbird)

Korimako’s 82m² can accommodate 24 people in a boardroom configuration or up to 60 in a cocktail setup, making it ideal for both small and medium-sized functions. Located on our dedicated meetings floor, Korimako has easy access to a pre-function area – perfect for full-day events and conferences – and features floor-to-ceiling hush glass windows overlooking Wyndham Street.

Kererū (Wood Pigeon)

Kererū is positioned on our dedicated meetings level – Level 1 – alongside Korimako and Tui, overlooking Wyndham Street. At 44m² it can cater to 16 people in a boardroom set up or up to 35 in a cocktail configuration. Thanks to an operable wall, Kererū can be combined with Tui, increasing capacity to 60 people. Guests of Kererū have access to a pre-function area, where they can gather with a coffee and a snack in between conference sessions or meetings.

Tui (NZ Honeyeater)

A cosier meeting room option on our dedicated meetings level, Tui’s cosy 27m² can accommodate 12 in a boardroom configuration or 18 in a cocktail set-up. When combined with neighbouring meeting room Kererū, 24 people can make the most of the two rooms’ proportions in a U-shape, while up to 60 can be comfortably accommodated in a cocktail configuration. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Wyndham Street flood Tui with natural light, with blackout blinds also available so guests can watch media presentations in comfort.

Wyndham Lounge

On level 38 – the hotel’s top floor – guests have access to a completely unique and awe-inspiring space. Boasting panoramic views over the southwest of Auckland and direct access to rooftop bar Bar Albert – the highest rooftop bar in New Zealand – and its terrace, the Wyndham Lounge is the venue to choose when you want to impress. This memorable space is multi-functional and flexible, with a floor-to-ceiling outlook that can also be shaded with blackout blinds for multimedia presentations and focus sessions. At 56m², Wyndham Lounge can accommodate 22 in a boardroom set-up or up to 40 in a cocktail configuration.
